hello again band, for those people who have lost their pack list, please read this!
pack list
compulsory things to bring:

1. sleeping bag
2. 1 / 1.5 litre water bottle
3. rags
4. instrument / mouthpiece
5. file
6. pencil !

other items: (some items may be optional)

• 3-4 school based shirts*
• 3-4 shorts*
• 3 sets of undergarments*
• 3-4 pairs of socks*
• shoes*
• slippers
• toiletries (shmpoo/body soap/toothbrush/toothpaste)
• towel
• sanitary napkins
• plastic/ziploc bags
• torchlight
• stationery
  
• personal medication

things that will be confiscated: (so do NOT bring them)

1. excessive cash
2. electronic devices
3. food/snacks/ drinks(other than plain water)

thats the end of the pack list, if you think of anything else that you will need during the camp, bring it along.

* one of it to be worn on the first day of camp (1 dec 09)

latest update:

• meet outside Tiong Mac at 8.15
• attire: (please read post below)
• band members who reach later than 8.30a.m. , make your way to venue as stated in post below yourselves
• members who do not turn up as promised, will definitely suffer severe consequences!

Community Involvement Programme (CIP)
please be informed that the school BAND will be involved in the Flag Day organised by Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore). The aim of the programme is to inculcate the spirit of volunteerism among the band members.

The details of the programme are as follows:

Date: 14th November 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 9am
Venue to report: Shaw Tower MacDonalds

Attire: (you've got 3 choices)
1. normal school uniform
2.pe tee shirt with either school white pants/school skirts
3.red band tee shirt with either school white pants/ school skirts

Please note: PE shorts or non-school pants are not allowed
Sec 2s are not allowed to wear your long pants even if you have it.

by the way, this activity is compulsory for whole band.

Last Warning!
you'll have to pass up the following items latest latest by tomorrow:

1. band camp consent form
2. band camp money $10
3. CIP form
4. band fund

please do not forget because if you do not hand it in tomorrow, you will also be severely punished by the majors.

**sec 2s who are gong for the SL thing tmr, are allowed to pass up your CIP form latest latest latest latest by 14 nov, sat.

hey band, important stuff first as usual:

• bring $10 for band camp by this Thursday
• bring band camp consent form by this Thursday, or else, parents will be called on the spot!

- this coming thursday, it will be compulsory for all sec ones and SLs to report at 1.30p.m. in the band room. selected pupils are also required to reach at the same time.
- main band to report at 2.45p.m.
- do not be late!

** sec 2 & 3s who are interested in taking part for flag day on the 14th november, please contact or look for tracy by this thursday for more details.
